Due to the collectable nature of the goods we stock and sell, we are unable to provide a change-of-mind returns service. However, we do provide returns services in cases where the goods exhibit a major failure, or where we’ve made a mistake (e.g. sent the wrong item).
Be aware that our diecast models are not toys, and are sold for display purposes only. Any accidental or deliberate damage caused by the misuse or mishandling of these goods does not constitute a major failure.
Online orders are shipped via Australia Post and will require a signature upon delivery. Any request to leave a parcel unattended will not be met. Missed parcels will typically be available for collection at your local post office.
Please do not accept a package if it is damaged or torn; in doing so you acknowledge that the goods have arrived in the condition you expected.
In the unlikelihood that our flat-rate delivery charge fails to cover the expense of shipping your order, we may request additional payment.
Please note the following if you would like to make a return:
- You must contact and provide us with your order number prior to returning any goods.
- Goods purchased from our online store cannot be returned at our physical store, nor vice-versa.
- A proof-of-purchase receipt must accompany all returned goods.
Upon inspection of the returned goods, we will issue a refund via the original payment method used. Alternatively, and dependent upon stock availability, we may offer an exchange if preferred.
